SWEET CORN....for a great cause... KIDS!

Come to the ANNUAL Derby Days celebration this year.....and visit our ROWDY ROUSERS at our Redmond Rousers ROTARY Food Booth this year to help out the kids in our community. Buy our,  HOT BUTTERED, Local SWEET corn, ready for you to eat. Only $3.00 per ear....  We will have lots of water, pop, chips, and lots of yummy spices for the corn...with plenty of napkins.

Supporting us, means supporting the community and all we do: From gardening at Hopelink for the residents...helping ERADICATING POLIO, to scholarships for college transition classes, to literacy programs like 3rd grade dictionaries, Partners For WORK, and supporting Karen at Project Amigo, feeding the homeless & hungry, and working at N.W. Harvest repacking thousands of lbs of bulk food, to feeding the teens every quarter at the Old Redmond Teen Center.

Interested in becoming a part of HELPING OTHERS, Sevice Above Self... and VOLUNTEERING ???  What's on YOUR bucket list..??? at the REDMOND ROUSERS ROTARY CLUB.  "We Make a Difference".  You will leave with a renewed sense of giving back and how we are helping our REDMOND community to grow.  We are all about the Community..and it's surrounding neighbors in Duval, Carnation, Fall City and eastside areas with businesses, organizations and residents.  We also have many international opportunities that we participate in as well.  Our newest fundraiser, the 425 mile Coup de Cascades cycling RACE or RIDE, is awesome.  www.CoupdeCascades.org is all about ENDING POLIO worldwide.
Dues are only $250.00 a year, and the Rotary calendar year...is July1st, through June 30th. Prices for dinner are about $10.00 per meal..per week...pay as you go...it is TACO tuesdays...and .99 tacos. YEAH!   Membership does have it's benefits.

We also have a variety of speakers that care about the area and are concerned for the world....JOIN US.  Bring some business cards.

The Dynamic sounds of Narayan & Janet have made there CD a hot seller. Their next Concert at Soul food books is on JULY 13th, yes, friday the 13th...at 8pm. Part of the Derby Days festival.  We appreciate all the wonderful work they do and all their musical talents. As they create "Peace through Service" thay are sensational everywhere they go. Both N & J are Redmond Rousers in our Rotary club in lil ole, Redmond, Wa. Our Food Booth at Derby Days is on Friday & Saturday...come see us. Saturday N&J will be at the Peace through Service booth.

Volunteering and being active in their community is what they love to do. Both Narayan & janet recieved the Rotarian of the quarter awards last year. Narayan for 2nd Q. Oct, Nov, Dec. 2011... And...Janet for 4th Q. April, May, June 2012.  THANKS!

Rotary's New year, July 2012 - June 2013

SUPER- DUPER..... Let's start the NEW Rotary year 2012-2013 with new vigor. The Redmond Rousers Rotary Club invites all Redmond people to come see us at our new location TUESDAYS....at IXTAPA at Redmond Ridge. 5-6pm dinner & happy hour. Meeting and speakers at 6-7pm.

Pledge your support by joining us on Tuesday evenings, or make a financial contribution to help others....and to our community projects. One of those projects is our Coup de Cascades on Aug 18th & 19th. Sign up to ride or race...to make a difference in the world. Proceeds go to the Rousers' foundation and a portion will go to the END POLIO NOW campaign and global eradication.

Annual AWARDS Dinner for the Redmond Rousers Rotary club

Our 22nd Annual AWARDS dinner is Tuesday, JUNE 19th 2012. Dinner is 10.00 p/p pre-paid or $15.00 at the door of Gordon & Kelly Kyle's home at Ames Lake in Redmond. Our menu consists of BBQ Ribs, Baked Chicken, Cole slaw, CornBread, Baked Beans, and Ice Cream for dessert.... bring your family and join us.... PLEASE RSVP...so we know how much food to prepare.
