Women in Rotary

This photo is history in the making. This is my mom Jody Gough and me, Kelly Kyle today. She is still my hero and conyinues to be a wonderful mentor. 12 years ago, she was my sponsor in the RC of Snoqualmie Valley. I quickly became the secretary of the club. I also helped the club make a quilt which we raffled off and the proceeds went to buy a vehicle for a small village in Guatemala.

I am now in the RC of Redmond Rousers and am the club President. I was also the secretary for 2 years and have been on the board as the Community Service chair, program chair. I volunteer at the District level for our GSE committe, Partners for Work, and this year will help with the conference. For a short period of time I helped the Sammamish Rotary club get chartered too in 2003. Thanks Mom....for teaching me the 4-way test and helping me find my passion, ROTARY.
